Aaron Collie teaches, writes, and consults on topics of data curation and agile workforce development in information-intensive professions. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and has over 10 years of experience working on free and open source software (FOSS) development projects. He is an active participant in the Digital Library Federation (DLF), Research Data Alliance (RDA), Citizen Science Association (CSA) and Code4lib communities and currently serves on the Leadership Group of the National Digital Stewardship Association (NDSA). In addition, Aaron is the co-founder of the award-winning Mid-Michigan Digital Practitioners (MMDP) community and the President of the Michigan Alliance for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage (MACCH), a 501(c)(3) organization. Aaron is currently the Head of Digital Scholarship & Curation Services at Michigan State University Libraries (MSUL) and teaches for both the University of Illinois School of Library and Information Science (UIUC-SLIS) as well as the Library Juice Academy (LJA).1 2
